Tributes pour in for Jade

Stars have been paying tribute to reality star Jade Goody, who died yesterday from cervical cancer. TV presenter Stephen Fry called her “a kind of Princess Di from the wrong side of the tracks”.
“Poor, dear Jade,” wrote Fry on his Twitter feed. “She was a fellow guest on [Friday Night with Jonathan Ross] a year or so back & I warmed to her immensely. All impulsive spirit & smiles. What a life.”
“I liked her a lot,” said Ross. “She was funny, smart and seized every opportunity with energy and optimism. I will miss her.”
X Factor judges Simon Cowell and Sharon Osbourne also expressed their sorrow. “I’m really saddened by this news,” said Cowell. “My heart goes out to the family. [Jade's widower] Jack’s coped incredibly well these past weeks.”
Osbourne added: “Jade was extraordinary – she captivated the nation.”
From Mumbai, actress Shilpa Shetty, who Jade controversially clashed with during Celebrity Big Brother in 2007, said: "I am deeply saddened by the news but in hindsight glad she is out of pain and passed away peacefully in her sleep."
Model Danielle Lloyd, who was also in the CBB house and involved in the furore, said she got to know Jade well over the years and called her “a brave and courageous human being”.
She added: “I have been praying for a miracle these past few weeks and now she has been tragically taken away from us. I know that her boys will grow up to be great men and do their mum proud.
“Rest in peace Jade, you have touched the hearts of millions and will be sorely missed.”
